Overview
The building features an elegant modernist exterior with gardens to the front and rear. It consists of fifteen apartments arranged over seven storeys above a basement garage with two flats on each floor and a large penthouse on the roof with expansive terraces.

Each flat consists of three bedrooms which face the quiet courtyard garden at the rear.
A large living room faces a full width balcony to the front of the building. The two garden apartments also have large terraces overlooking the courtyard garden at the rear.

St Olaves Court
St Olaves Court is a modernist residential apartment building in Bayswater in Central London, just by Kensington Gardens. It was designed by the architects Andrews, Emmerson & Sherlock in 1960-61. Andrews, Emmerson & Sherlock were eminent proponents of modernist British architecture in the 1960s.
